Since then the group has explored the music of many of the great big bands including Ellington, Basie, Kenton, Herman, Jones and Bellson. More information on the Jazz Mechanics can be found at www.bramptonconcertband.com.
Blue Room
The core musicians of BLUE ROOM are veteran live and studio players, featuring: Brian Neller's big, bluesy, passionate vocals; Fraser Lawrason’s solid bass lines and backing vocals; Paul Sanderson's soaring blues rock guitar; Norm Ryan's fluid and inspired saxophone; Frank Watt and Pat Quinn's seasoned drum grooves. http://www.blueroommusic.com/

For several years, Jeff has preformed his tribute to Frank Sinatra all across North America. His performance with The Jazz Mechanics is a tradition at the Thursday Night Concert Series.
Luke Cox and Off the Rockers
Luke Samuel Cox originates from Cox's Cove, Bay of Islands, Newfoundland. He started playing music at a very young age. He was influenced by the music of Newfoundland, which is predominantly of the Irish/Scottish Celtic genre. His album dubbed to be a collection of musical short stories is exciting due to the wide range of styles used by the singer/songwriter. Luke also plays the drums for the “Off the Rockers”. http://www.lukecox.net/
The Lorne Scots
The Lorne Scots Regiment traces its roots back to 1866 and the amalgamation of two infantry battalions emerging as the 20th Halton Battalion Lorne Rifles in 1881. Authorization to form a Pipe Band came at that time. In 1930, during a reorganization, they divided and became the Lorne Scots, separate from the Brampton Citizen’s Band, which later evolved into Brampton Concert Band. These two organizations have a long connected history.
RK Sound Prime-Time
Join Ron Kemp for his great Dixieland jazz group. This is always a very popular night in Gage Park as Ron’s group takes the stage in the Bandshell and strolls through Gage Park with his family of musicians.
Weston Silver Band
The Weston Silver Band traces its continuous history back to 1921 when it was created as the Weston Boys’ Band. The WSB’s instrumentation is modeled on the British-style Brass Band with 27 brass players plus percussion. This configuration allows the band to present an extensive repertoire: from Big Band swing and jazz to favourites from Broadway and Hollywood, as well as traditional marches and contemporary Brass Band repertoire. http://www.westonsilverband.ca/
