Annual General Meetings

The Brampton Downtown Development Corporation holds two Annual General Meetings (AGM) each year.

Spring Annual General Meeting
The Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements are presented at the Spring AGM.  Members are given the opportunity to ask questions and provide suggestions for improvement.  Each year two directors are elected at the AGM (One from the Tenant Class and One from the Owner Class).

</dt><dt> The Annual Budget is presented at the Fall AGM.  The Board of Directors must approve this proposed budget before it is presented to the City Council.</dt></dl>
